Neeps and Tatties

Prepared in our own kitchens, rich potato and swede made with butter. Almost as crucial to the Burns supper as the Haggis!

Microwave (850W) loosen lid and microwave for 3 minutes on full power or place knob of butter in a saucepan on medium heat, add neeps & tatties, stir continuously until heated through.
