Collection dates and slots are assigned on a first come first served basis. Certain times may become very busy, so remember to select your collection date and time as soon as possible to secure your preferred collection slot. Home delivery is not available for Christmas food.

To make those final adjustments to your Christmas order, or if you need to change your collection day or timeslot, please call us on 01924 467202. Orders can be amended up to 16thDecember. After this date we cannot guarantee the availability of additional or substituted order items. Please note that it is not possible to amend your order online.

Yes. To proceed to checkout and secure your collection slot you’ll need to reach a minimum order value of £25.
Yes, payment in full is required at the time of ordering. We cannot accept deposits or part payment.
If you cancel an order up to and including the 9th December you will receive a full refund using the same card you used to make the original payment. Orders cancelled between 10th and 16th December will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued on or after 17th December.
If you spend over £100 you can receive £5 off your order when you enter code 5OFF100 into the discount code box when you checkout.
If you spend over £200 you can receive £10 off your order when you enter code 10OFF200 into the discount code box when you checkout.

Allergens are listed on the individual product listings on the website but if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to call us on 01924 267202 and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
We will email you with a reminder of your collection slot the day before, please arrive at the farm shop car park entrance within that time slot, where members of our team will direct you. We’ll have your order ready for your chosen date and time slot, and we pack and prepare all orders in time slot order. As this is our busiest time of year so we kindly ask that you stick to your chosen collection slot to minimise waiting times. You’ll only be admitted into the drive thru collection lane in the car park during your allocated time slot. If you are going to be late please call us on 01924 267202 as soon as possible to let us know, and our team will advise you on how to proceed. After you have collected your order from our drive thru collection point please feel free to park up and visit the farm shop for any last minute.
In the rare event that an ordered item is unavailable we will aim to offer a substitute and will inform you as soon as possible. All prices are correct at the time of publishing and are subject to change without notice.
