Tomato & Sausage Pasta

INGREDIENTS
Pork & Tomato Sausages
Chopped Tomatoes
Onion
Garlic Clove
Double Cream
Penne Pasta
Tomato Puree
METHOD
Place the sausages at 180 degrees in the oven to cook for around 15-20 mins. Sauté diced onion and garlic and fry on a medium heat until soft. Add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 10 - 15 minutes until they soften. While this is cooking boil the pasta in salted water. Season the onion, garlic and tomatoes with salt and and pepper then add the double cream. Once the pasta is fully cooked, drain and mix into the creamy tomato sauce. Once the sausages are fully cooked slice and add into the pasta, mix well and serve.
