Buttery Carrots with Thyme

Rustic cut carrots, slow cooked in butter, thyme and orange zest. 

Serves 2 - 3

Cooking: Decant into the foil tray and bake in oven at 180c for 20-25minutes. To cook in a microwave, remove tray, pierce bag and cooked on full power for 3minutes.
