Locally reared Yorkshire beef from our own and other local farms. Dry-aged on the bone for a minimum 21 days.
Cooking: Preheat your oven to hot and sear for 20 minutes, then roast at 180*C/355*F/Gas 4 for 20-25 mins per 450g. Check juices from the thickest part for readiness Pink = medium Clear = well done. Cover and rest for 20 minutes before serving.
