Made with our home-reared pork this small gammon roast is prefect for serving 2-3 people.
Serves 2 - 3
Rub oil into rind, roast at 200* for 20mins, turn down to 170* and roast for further 30 mins aiming for an internal temperature of 65*, rest for 5 mins before serving.
