Turkey Royale

Turkey locally reared by David Heap and family, at Hade Edge, Holmfirth. Wrapped in our dry-cured bacon and stuffed with our sage and red onion stuffing.

Cooking: Preheat your oven to 200*C/390*F/Gas 6. Place in a roasting tin, and cover with tin foil. Cook for 20 mins at this heat, then reduce to 170*C / 340*F / Gas 4 for 25mins per 450g. Remove the foil for the last 20mins.
