Three bird roast of English duck, turkey and pheasant with our Luxury Festive Sausagemeat Stuffing.

Serves 6 - 8

Cooking: Preheat oven to 200*C, and roast for 20 mins. Cover with foil & reduce to 170*C for remaining time. Check for readiness by sticking a skewer into thickest part of roast. Press out the juices, these will be clear when ready.
