• 650g roasting potatoes (Maris Piper)
• 750g peeled mashing potatoes (Estima)
• 500g Brussels sprouts
• 550g carrot batons
• 550g parsnip batons
• 500g cauliflower florets
• 400g broccoli florets
• 550g diced swede
• 2 English onions (skins removed)

 Large: Serves 6-8
